Líblová Zuzana
PhD student in 2017-2021
I am a lab technician and currently, I work on research focused on Impatiens species growing on a long elevation gradient in Nepal. I am using DNA sequencing methods (Sanger and PacBio seq) to reconstruct their phylogeny. Also, I am involved in RNA seq experiments, which allows characterising uniform adaptation strategies of different Impatiens species to changing climate across the elevation gradient.
