The project is focused to study of genetical variability of selected river plant species compared to their frequency of occurrence along water streams in Labe river catchment (Labe, Cidlina and some other small rivers). It is aimed to find the mutual distance of localities of identical genotypes occuring along water streams, and possible effect of reproductive traits and ways of spread of studied plants on genetical variation of populations along rivers. |
