Summary:	*Proposed clone of a selected Reynoutria species with the highest content of biologically active substances extracted by ethanol extraction. The project objectives are to determine the species of chemicals extracted, to measure their amounts, to elaborate a suitable extraction method, to set up optimal extraction conditions, the parameters of the process (procedure) with respect to target materials and economics. Verification of known yet non-described biological effects of these materials \"in vitro\" especially on primary cell culture.
