Population dynamics of hybridization between native and invasive species and comparative ecophysiology of parental species and their hybrids: Typha latifolia (native in North America), Typha angustifolia (invasive introduced from Europe) and their hybrid, Typha x glauca. We are also analyzing impact of native and exotic cattails on diverse wetland communities in Michigan. |
