| Summary: | The aim of the project is to create a new reliable modern method for monitoring and evaluation of the status of plant species and their habitats and, thanks to the acquired new knowledge, to define a methodical procedure for practical protection and promotion of species diversity. Objective 1: New methodological procedure for inventorying the species diversity of lichens of different types of forest habitats in the Czech Republic with the help of ENVIRONMENTAL SEQUENCING. Objective 2: Methodological approach to practical protection and promotion of species diversity of lichens and other groups of forest organisms in various types of forests in the Czech Republic.
