We will investigate the presence, nature, origin and evolutionary significance of foreign genetic material in the allohexaploid
grass Elymus repens (Pooideae-Triticeae) and other Triticeae by using various molecular and cytogenetic approaches (GISH, FISH,
next generation sequencing, Real-Time PCR). |
