Grant P504/12/540: specimen of adventitiously (potentially) resprouting species were sampled in the field and experiments were established with aim to find out 1. vertical and horizontal angles of adventitious shoots 2. get informations about resprouting ability of congeners of certainly resprouting species 3. get data about sprouting selected species growing in conditions differing by intensity and frequency of disturbance 4. sampling of seeds for further establishing of experiments. Experiments with Euphorbia peplus and Misopates orontium were carried out in greenhouses and chamber rooms for gaining of first and second generations to get knowledges about influence of mother (maternal effect). |
