Summary:	The aim of this project is to extract "Ingenol mebutat" - substance helping in skin cancer and to develop medicaments for this desease. As much as possible species of Euphorbia sp. is sampled and checked for concentration of this substance. Moreover, sampling of Euphorbia peplus in the field was carried out to get as much as possible of dry biomass and seeds for further experiments, where environmental and growth conditions are tested for highest production of the biomass and concentration of "Ingenol mebutat".
