Summary: |
Aim of this project is to check spreading ability of selected invasive trees with respect to adventitiously resprouting ability. Espetially, occurrence of Amorpha fruticosa and its spreading to surrounding habitats was studied in the Nature Park Lonjsko Polje in Croatia. In each habitat, performance (frequency of adventitious sprouting) was recorded. Moreover, two experiments with Croatian and Czech population with this species were established, where severity and frequency of the disturbance is manipulated (injury and flooding). |
