We conduct research in a wide range of evolutionary and ecologically focused botanical disciplines. Our advantage is a good knowledge of species and the ability to find and recognize them in the natural environment. We work in the field and in the laboratory, combining observations and experiments. We focus on basic research, but our results can also be used in practice. We work closely with universities and public institutions, especially in the field of nature and landscape protection. We take care of the UNESCO World Heritage site Průhonice Park and Castle.
