Laboratory of population genetics

The facilities of the Laboratory of population genetics are available for use by other departments in research projects involving molecular genetics. Its technical facilities provide resources for DNA analyses of plants and fungi for the purposes of population genetics, biosystematics and ecology. The lab is also equipped for broader projects involving the study of processes on the population level or in entire communities (hundreds to thousands of samples). Apart from technical and material equipment, the lab staff can also provide support for the preparation and execution phases of research projects.
